A tour of your server

What it's about

Your server is a flat in a big building: your own door, your own rooms, your own appliances. The terminal is the intercom. On a tour you learn the most important phrases for finding your way around.

What you'll learn

• where you're standing right now (pwd) and what's here (ls)
• how to go from room to room (cd)
• how much space and work surface you have (df, free)
• which appliances are running right now (docker ps)
• why sudo is the caretaker's master key

How you go about it

1. Go in with ssh yourname@aufwind.sh.
2. Type the tour commands yourself; your AI explains every answer.
3. Write down three things you discovered.

Done when

• the file ~/rundgang.md with your notes is on your server.
