So customers find what you offer
The picture: Only what's labelled on the shelf gets sold
What it's about
In a shop, only what's labelled on the shelf gets sold. Nobody sees what's in the stockroom. It's the same on your page: vouchers, subscriptions or appointments that nobody finds don't exist for your customers. Every feature needs at least two doors.
What you'll learn
- a list of everything people can do with you, and where it is
- why words get found more easily than icons
- what a dead door is and how to close it quickly
- to compare before and after before you say “done”
How you go about it
- Write down with your AI what nobody finds, and for whom.
- List all the features of your page and look at how visible they are.
- Look at every page with simple check questions and note findings right where they are.
- Make a plan and decide what comes first.
- Rebuild, and sign it off with an after picture on the real page.
