What it's about

A search engine is a city map that a messenger redraws every day. For your shop to appear on it, you need a clear sign above the door, a site plan for the messenger and signposts from other places to you.

How you go about it

1. Write down five phrases your target group searches for.
2. Give every page a title, a description and one main heading.
3. Set up the site plan and house rules for the messenger.
4. Check the loading time on a phone.
5. With your own domain: register the page with the search engine.
